Ian Thorpe

I am not one for hero worship.

But I make an exception for Ian Thorpe.

He has shown many young people how

dedication and commitment to training,

will pay off with results. He is a real talent.

His commitment to Aborignal issues important

in a country which struggles with its past.

Yet, its now time to kick him and tarnish his

reputation. The press love to build you up

so that they can knock you down.

Thorpe is being linked to abnormal test results.

Note abnormal doesn't mean positive.

He has already retired. This is just nasty.
