What's in a name? - Hong Kong

We don't have shops liked these back home......

Its been an adventure to date, and I am loving it....ok so the first day was pretty shite considering the fact that I left home at 8.00am and didn't get into Hong Kong until 24 hrs later...what with time differences, horrendous transfer times from Belfast and long-haul flights.

1. The baggage carrousel broke down at the airport delaying the arrival of the bags for ages.


2. The 1st taxi driver left me at the wrong hotel


3. The 2nd taxi driver took me to another wrong hotel


4. The beds in the hotel room have been made from concrete.


5. This place is wonderful, the people are civil but also rude, you'll not hear an inappropriate remark, but they'll not think twice about trampling over you to get out of train / into lift / cross the street......
