Fuel reserves in Gaza were dangerously low when Israel decided to up the ante by preventing new supplies from being delivered. This has effectively caused power plants to close and bring about the black out of Gaza. How we stand by and allow this "democracy" to behave in such a autocratic way, if any other state behaved in this way it would be considered an act of war.
