Fat

Apparently I'm too fat.

I'm 5ft 11 and just under 13st. I aim to reach 12st 7 in 6 weeks.

In fact when I mentioned to a mate I was going to up my weight / cardio training his response, in an apparently supportive way, was "go fat bastard go"...but I have consoled myself with the possibility that he was being ironic...

During the next 6 weeks, I am going to be training like never before.

The pic above is from a good few years ago, probably as much as 10 years ago, when I was getting ready to trek the himalayan foothills in Nepal for charity.

So, watch this space doubters...

and there will be no more of these for a while either...

pfft...fat...we shall see...
