This was a terrible thing to watch, the person being attacked was near on defenceless. It was a disgrace that people stood about and let this carry on but that brings into play the rules of what a member of the public should or can do in these circumstances.
It was pretty obvious to me that the two attackers seen this transgender person as less than human - nasty!
