Trying to build better habits 

For the first time in ages I’ve been to the gym 2 days in a row. Tomorrow (Wednesday) I have my weekly PT session.

Tonight I did 4 rounds of 12 reps inclined chest press  34kg and inclined chest flies 8kgs.

I then did 30 tricep dips

Next up I did over head press (I’ll have to find out the correct name) 20kgs 12 reps, 4 sets.

I did a further 30 tricep dips

And finally 4 sets of squats 40kgs. 12 reps.

And a further 30 tricep dips.
