Depressed

I am just home from spin cycle class, I hadn't been in weeks, it was great and a good tough workout, but I couldn't concentrate. I have lost over £1,000 in 7 days due to the screwed up financial mess this world is in.

I am a shareholder with Alliance & Leicester and my modest holding has collapsed.

Just over a week ago, the shares were around £10 and tonight investment company citigroup has downgraded their advice from hold to sell, so their clients are ditching the shares.

So I will need to apologise to my trainer geezer for being a slack disinterested fool, but with the sight of £1000 drifting down the drain its a real strain.

Update: I have read this again, and whilst its uncomfortable to lose money, there are much worse problems which others have to deal with.......
