An elderly neighbour doing some painting. Its an odd world when window cleaners are banned from using ladders, but this spritely lady (who looks to be of mature years), begins to do some external maintenance.
Although it does look like an accident waiting to happen.......

Why can't window cleaners use ladders? Or are they expected to use some type of lift?
