The Tory government is proposing legislation to ensure 5 year fixed term parliaments...once you are in, you are in...5 years come what may.
Now if that isn't bad enough, they now propose 55% should be the required parliamentary vote in favour before a vote of no confidence can succeed.
Gerrymandering the constitution so they can stay in power.
