The Clegg and Cameron show has rolled into town. The Conservative party failed to win an outright majority to govern the UK, meaning they have teamed up with the Liberal Democrats.
It seems almost impossible that the Liberals have been able to set aside their policy differences to become a partner with the Conservative party.
They have cynically styled themselves as the Liberal Conservative government as opposed to the Conservative Liberal government. We are in for one bumpy ride as the hike up taxes on spending (the type which hits the lowest paid) and create breaks for those who earn the most. The attack public services which the lower paid rely on and which the rich can often bypass.
What they should be saying is that we are all in for a liberal dose of Conservatism. And then we really will be ConDem(ed)....
