200% move target. Completed it mate.






Yesterday I had a great day and achieved 200% of my move target, I was so close to reaching 300%. My calorie burn was a massive 4,199, Of which 1926 was from exercise. My dogs paws are being walked off them these days lol. 

My HIIT exercise was from the Bodcon circuit class. Basically 8 stations, 45 seconds per exercise, two rounds, then spin bikes of which it was in the off saddle racing position for about 10 minutes, followed by one more round of the circuit. Bodcon is Leslie’s own concept and it really does push you hard. I always struggle with exercises which require ANY co-ordination. The class finished with some stretching.
