W/c 21 Jan



A 50 minute weights session at 9pm. The gym now opens 24/7 so it’s quite a lot quieter at this time of night. 

Last week was almost perfect in terms of my Apple Watch challenges except for Thursday as I forgot to charge my watch it failed to record part of the day. 

I’m getting close to my 1180 minutes of exercise in January.
