W/c Monday 7 January

This week has been ok. I’ve failed to complete my 30 minute exercise target on Tuesday and Friday (green colour) and my move target Tuesday, Friday and Sunday. 

I’m trying to go the gym daily commencing Monday 14th Jan and excluding my PT day on Wednesday. 

So hopefully next Sunday I’ll have a week full of completed exercise, move and stand rings. 

I’ve increased my move target to a daily 710 active calories. This is more challenging and will really be difficult to complete.
