Good news my training with PT Leslie (@les_bodcon on Instagram) continues to challenge me and I’m loving it. My Apple Watch challenge this month is 1180 minutes of exercise. This works out at approx 40 minutes a day for the rest of the month. The gym is going to see me a lot more than it has.

I’m also delighted that some of my clothes which had become a bit tight on me are now beginning to feel loose and fit me properly. It’s a very visual reminder of the benefits of exercise and how I’m starting to make progress. I feel stronger too. 

Diet is key and I’m giving it more attention, cutting back on wine helps a lot too. Ibiza in September maybe won’t be so bad after all. :)
