A tough one. 

Tonight’s session begun with battle rope jumps (I’ve no idea what the proper term is) and then high knees then more ropes. The battle ropes are tough, they leave your heart pumping. 

First up Arnies 4 rounds, 12 reps using 10kg dumbbells. Surprisingly I did these without them being horrible. The last few of these were very tough. 

Then inclined bench press and inclined flies.

Finally barbell curls and dumbbell hammer curls.

I really enjoyed tonight’s session. I should add that’s not to say I didn’t enjoy other sessions just tonight i felt a bit stronger and not so weak. 

And I’m trying (only trying) to improve without moaning all the time.
